Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Source: adapted from City Wraps in Nashville, TN
Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast, shredded
2 Tomato Basil tortillas
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce or other hot sauce
4 tbsp. light margarine or butter
Romaine Lettuce
Optional: ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing
Directions:
Cook chicken and shred. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low to medium heat. Add hot sauce and stir until combined. Taste for desired “hotness”-add more hot sauce for more heat, or more butter for less heat.
To assemble the wraps:
Layer the chicken. Drizzle hot sauce over chicken and dressing/crumbles if desired. Top with lettuce and roll up and cut in half.
I love buffalo wraps, I always order them at resturants too… but I get the blue cheese!
Looks tasty! I love anything Buffalo! …and yes, Frank’s is the best.
