Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread

Another recipe I made for our church’s Rake & Bake was this Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread from Joy in the Journey. I had some buttermilk to use up and this sounded like a great way to do it. It was really yummy! This is perfect to make into little loaves and give as gifts as well. Enjoy!

Ohhh, I love using my leftover buttermilk for sweet breads! Thanks for the great recipe! I’ve been MIA on WC lately since all the house stuff is taking most of my time, too. I always check your blog out, besides you’re a wonderful WC SIS!! YOU ROCK SISTA!

  5. Steph,

I have made four loaves of this bread and it is so yummy! My parents were at our house over the weekend and I baked some; they loved it! So, of course my mom asked for the recipe and she made it last night. Just thought you would be interested to know we’re baking up recipes from your blog in Virginia.

    Love ya,
    Sarah

  6. I have an old donut maker that my Mom had. It’s red and white and has a plunger in the midlde. The plunger is depressed and the batter comes out, dropped in the hot oil and you have a perfect donut. However I lost the box that the donut maker came in and so I don’t have the vanilla donut receipe that was on the back. Do you or your followers have that receipe. It was my very favorite receipe of all times.
