Cobb Burgers

Ingredients:
For the burgers:
1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
Kosher Salt (about 1/4-1/2 tsp.)
Freshly ground black pepper (about 1/4-1/2 tsp)
1-2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup reduced fat blue cheese crumbles
4 whole wheat burger buns, split
1 large ripe beefsteak tomato, cut into 4 slices
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 8 slices
For the vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup finely shredded romaine lettuce

I was thinking about making this with ground beef so I’m happy to know it works well that way, too. 🙂 Looks like a great variation.
