Skinny Cow Milkshake

I love Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches. Especially the chocolate ice cream ones. So tasty and low in calories! (This post is NOT sponsored by Skinny Cow in any way…I just love them and eat them all the time). Since I love them so, I decided to try them in a milkshake. I used the vanilla ice cream sandwiches but this would work with any flavor that they have. This tasted great. The cookie from the sandwich added such a great chocolately flavor without having to add a ton of cocoa powder. This is a great refreshing dessert. It made two small milkshakes, but they were really rich so it was plenty for Adam & I.

Skinny Cow Milkshake

Ingredients:
3 Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Directions:
Add all ingredients into blender and puree. Chill in freezer for approximately 10 minutes to get nice and frosty. Or you can add 1 cup ice if you don’t want to wait!:)

    Hey Steph!

I saw your mom, Bob and Jeremiah during MooFest and your momma told me about your house selling… CONGRATS!! I'm really happy for you, as I remember you talking about y'all wanting to down-size…as well as maybe some other changes. …still a possibility? Nevertheless…your house selling was great news! Enjoy making your new house into your home! Cheers!

I'm such a fan of Skinny Cow, too, especially those minty-chocolate drizzed popsicle things. They're a little pricy though, so this seems like a cheaper alternative. Perfect for these warmer months coming up. I bet it would even be great with a shot of Bailey's, too.

    Take care,
